To process a refund:

   2. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your return approval.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable items include personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
